Responsible for all power planning for 400+ sites along the Wasatch Front (approx. 200 miles from end to end) Responsibilities included; site pre-surveys, meeting with local power companies to determine the most cost effective route for power from power source to fiber optic cabinets, followed up with power company estimators and field agents to insure designs were received in a timely manner so designs can be sent for drawings. Monitored as power facilities were being placed to verify power conduit and pull boxes were placed per the drawings.

Worked on the Clearwire Cellular Project to add new Clearwire antennas, fiber and coax either as co-locations or new site builds.  Ordered materials, did bid walks, pre-construction walks, monitored all sites under construction, and enforced all OSHA Safety Requirements on sites assigned to me.  Upon completion of construction, I conducted punch walks and made sure all defects were corrected before turning over to Clearwire. Also met with the local power companies to obtain power designs for construction drawings and tracked meter deliveries. Transferred to San Francisco Clearwire Project on October 14, 2010

Procured permanent and temporary power as necessary to turn up FTTN (Fiber to the Node) equipment for Qwest role out of residential and business high speed broad band services.  Inspected and approved all power installations by contractor prior to notifying power company site is ready for meter installation.  Tracked and set up refueling schedules for temporary generators needed at sites where temporary power was not available.  Performed field visits to jobs requiring unit pricing and made detailed field notes so jobs could be priced, bid, and awarded to contractors.
